Your donation makes the difference
Your donation supports the work of Chimfunshi e.V. The non-profit organisation is based in Germany and supports the Chimfunshi Wildlife Orphanage in Zambia.
With the donations and grants we receive, we help Chimfunshi Zambia to take in chimpanzees in need and care for them throughout their lives; to protect and conserve 10,000 hectares of land; and to promote sustainable development in the local communities. With your help, we support the Twampane School at Chimfunshi. We support the sanctuary's environmental education programme, and we are committed to developing sustainable agriculture on the vast property.

Co-donation
If you donate to a project or take on a sponsorship, we would be delighted if you would also make a voluntary contribution to Chimfunshi e.V. (the so-called "co-donation"). This will support our work. In addition to carrying out all measures in Zambia, we also do educational work here in Germany, give lectures and carry out activation measures for environmental and animal protection.
Chimfunshi e.V. is a non-profit organization. Our work is not profit-oriented. Donations and grants make Chimfunshi e.V. possible, they finance the work of the association.

Donate as a gift
What do you give to someone who already has everything? Our gift tip is to simply give the gift of humanity through a donation.
Make a donation to Chimfunshi e.V. using our donation form and enter 'Gift donation' in the message field of the donation form, along with the full name of the person you are giving the gift to and their postal or email address. The person will then receive a gift certificate and gift certificate letter directly from us. If you want to give the certificate to the person yourself, write 'Send certificate to donor' in the box and enter your full address in the form.
Proof of donation
Depending on your place of residence your donation may be tax deductible as a special expense or charitable donation. For donations of up to EUR 300, the "simplified proof of donation" in conjunction with your bank statement serves as a donation receipt for your tax return.
If your donation exceeds EUR 300, you will automatically receive a donation receipt at the beginning of the year, which you can claim in your tax return, if applicable.
