Whether it's a birthday, wedding, anniversary, christening or another significant moment in your life - sometimes the best gift is the one you give to others.

If you feel you already have everything you need or simply want to do something good, turn your special occasion into a celebration of humanity: ask your guests to donate to Chimfunshi e.V. - and give rescued chimpanzees in Zambia a better future.

It's as simple as that:

  • Decide on a form of donation: Would you like to collect donations in cash or ask your guests to make a direct bank transfer?

  • Point out your request in the invitation. This way, everyone can be prepared.

  • Select an individual keyword so that we can clearly assign your action.

  • If you would like to collect cash donations, we will be happy to provide you with a donation box. Simply contact us in advance.

  • Transfer the amount collected to our donation account, stating the agreed keyword. You will receive a donation receipt on request.

Fundraising campaigns

Start your own fundraising campaign

You can also start your own fundraising campaign - completely individually, according to your possibilities. Here are a few ideas:

  • Bake sale in the schoolyard or at the weekly market

  • Charity concert with local musicians

  • Charity run where every kilometer counts

  • Soccer tournament for the benefit of our chimpanzees

  • Art auction with works from your environment

  • Charity dinner with raffle or auction

  • Fundraising campaign at your company or school

  • Online fundraising campaign via social media

There are no limits to your imagination! Every fundraising campaign - large or small - helps to support the animals and projects in Chimfunshi in the long term.
